Last Updated: July 27, 2024

Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Designer Pret (“Designer Pret”, “we”, or “us”) collects, protects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use www.designerpret.com (“Website”), and any of our other services (collectively, including the Website the “Services”), and whether you access the Services directly or through a third party. We at Designer Pret know you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously.

If you have any questions or concerns about our information practices, please contact us at trendy@designerpret.com.

If you do not want information about you to be used as described in this Privacy Policy, you must stop, or refrain from, using the Services.

Information We Collect
“Personal Information,” as used in this Privacy Policy, is information that directly identifies an individual, such as a person’s name, or information that reasonably allows an individual to be identified indirectly, such as email or home address or a person’s mobile phone number.  Personal Information also includes information that is directly combined with such identifying information.

We collect Personal Information when people use our Services, including our Store and Website. Customers also sometimes provide us with information about other individuals, such as when a customer sends a gift or uses our referral services to tell a friend about us. In those cases, we may ask the customer to provide the recipient’s name, mobile number, and email address. (We may also collect Personal Information in any personalized message that is submitted with a gift or referral.) We will automatically send the recipient email correspondence with the gift or referral and invite them to visit the Website or otherwise use the Services. If we receive Personal Information for a referral or gift, we use that information for the sole purpose of sending this email correspondence, and for tracking the use of the gift or the success of our referral program.

What does this Privacy Policy cover?
This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of Personal Information that we gather when you are accessing or using our Services, but not the practices of companies we don't own or control, or people that we don't manage. "Personal Information" means any information that identifies or relates to a particular individual and also includes information referred to as "personally identifiable information" or "personal information" under applicable data privacy laws, rules, or regulations. This Policy applies only to Personal Data that we collect from you directly; if we did not collect data directly from you, you should contact the entity that collected your Personal Data in the first instance to address your rights with respect to such data. We gather various types of Personal Information from our users, as explained in more detail below, and we use this Personal Information internally in connection with our Services, including to personalize, provide, and improve our services, to allow you to set up a user account and profile, to contact you, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to analyze how you use the Services. In certain cases, we may also share some Personal Information with third parties, but only as described below.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 15. If you are under 15, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 15, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that a child under 15 may have provided us with personal information, please contact us at trendy@designerpret.

Will Designer Pret ever change this Privacy Policy?
We're constantly trying to improve our Services, so we may need to change this Privacy Policy from time to time as well, but we will alert you to changes by placing a notice on designerpret.com, by sending you an email, and/or by some other means. Please note that if you've opted not to receive legal notice emails from us (or you haven't provided us with your email address), those legal notices will still govern your use of the Services, and you are still responsible for reading and understanding them. If you use the Services after any changes to the Privacy Policy have been posted, that means you agree to all of the changes. Use of information we collect now is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is collected.
